I’m loving all of the combination shoes out there for this Spring/Summer. Part sandal, part loafer, or part boot; I’m really admiring the contrasting styles. Like I wore here, I’m thrilled to continue this trend as soon as I’m able pack away my snow boots!

Marc Jacobs – The 1984 // Zara – Bowling Bag
Let’s focus on Spring bags, specifically in a soft cloud gray color. I’ve selected a few investment pieces that can be carried year after year. That Pashli Backpack is hands down my favorite!
Here are a few looks from the Marc by Marc Jacobs SS ’14 Collection. I’m generally not drawn to high luster fabrics, though these add just the right amount of attention and playfulness to each look. Check out all those loose fitting pants. I love them! Especially that first pair in black and white. And those easy going sneakers are a must-have for the warmer days ahead.

I’m ready for Spring! I know it’s (several) months away; but I’m anxiously waiting for warmer weather, blooms, bright colors, and fresh ready-to-wear collections. Here are a few pieces from Joie‘s Spring 2014 Collection. I love the crisp white, soft lines, and vibrant pop of blue. Look 2 and look 5 are my favorites. So chic and effortless. Have a great weekend!
